  1. OUTSTANDING THESIS AWARDS
  2. Doctoral and Masters
  3.  
  4.   The American Montessori Society announces the creation of two
  5. Awards for the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation and Master's
  6. Thesis completed in 1994 on a topic related to Montessori educa-
  7. tion.
  8.  
  9.   The Awards of $1,000 each will be announced at the April, 1995,
  10. AMS National Seminar in Miami Beach. Awardees will be invited to
  11. publish a version of their work in Montessori Life, the CIJE-
  12. indexed quarterly of the Society.
  13.  
  14.   Please submit one copy of completed dissertation or thesis to the
  15. AMS office at 150 5th Avenue, Room 203, New York, NY 10011-4384 by
  16. January 1, 1995. Work submitted after this date will be considered
  17. for the 1995 awards. Thesis or dissertation must have been accepted
  18. at an accredited university at time of submission. Any length or
  19. university accepted format is acceptable; English language
  20. submissions only at this time.
